Discovered that the Sun links a feed to a blog - they also have an RSS feed but it has to be to a RSS reader on your personal computer - it didn't like Google Reader on our work computers. Loved the picture of the bears this morning.

Advantages of Facebook

If your kids never communicate with you (unless they want something).. then a good way to keep track of their goings on is to see their latest postings on Facebook. My son Hale's latest posting is of him petting tigers in Thailand. Cute kitty!

Summer at the Library

The place is buzzing! Only a week into school holidays and already we have over 3,000 signed up for the Summer Reading Club. What a literate bunch of kids we have on the North Shore!
